We are a neuroinclusive consulting firm based in Victoria, Australia, delivering services nationally. We design and implement original frameworks that enable inclusive and sustainable organisational performance.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, tools, methodologies, artefacts, and frameworks—is owned by Sensory Translation Strategy Consulting unless otherwise stated and is protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Sally van Bragt, founder of Sensory Translation Strategy Consulting, is the sole creator and owner of:

• The Sensory Translation Strategy (STS) framework — the world’s first neuroinclusive performance management framework,

including its complete suite of models, methodologies, processes, tools, artefacts, and implementation materials.

STS is a proprietary, integrated, and implementation-ready consulting framework developed from first principles. All components form part of a unified system and must not be separated, reproduced, or used independently.

Selected materials may be shared under a Creative Commons Attribution–No Derivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND 4.0) licence, which allows sharing with appropriate attribution only.

The following is strictly prohibited without prior written permission or a formal consulting engagement:

• Implementing STS (in whole or in part) within any organisation.

• Using STS in consulting, advisory, HR, organisational development, or commercial contexts.

• Reproducing, replicating, reverse-engineering, or reconstructing the framework, its structure, logic, processes, or artefacts.

• Adapting, modifying, translating, or creating derivative works.

• Extracting or using individual components outside the framework.

• Integrating STS into other products, services, or systems.

• Claiming alignment with, certification in, or authorised use of STS.

• Representing STS or any similar framework as independently developed.

No internal or external implementation of STS is permitted without explicit written authorisation from Sensory Translation Strategy Consulting.

Access to this website does not grant any right to use, apply, or implement the framework.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Sensory Translation Strategy Consulting provides professional consulting services.

Content on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not:

• Constitute formal consulting advice.

• Create a client–consultant relationship.

• Replace a tailored engagement.

Application of STS or any related framework is provided only through formal consulting engagement.
